We hope your selections bring you as much pleasure as they brought us in their design. Should your purchase not be exactly as you envisioned, we are pleased to offer a refund on most merchandise within 30 days of receipt.

Custom-made pieces are thoughtfully created to your specifications and, as such, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. All items marked as sale or final sale are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We encourage you to review all details carefully prior to placing your order. Should you have any questions, our Customer Care team or your local Edith Hoft showroom will be pleased to assist you before purchase.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and cannot be credited, as they include non-recoverable carrier and payment processing fees.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
